Lions 35-22 Ulster
So Ulster are defeated in part one of their two-match mini-tour of South Africa.
We will be back for their trip to Loftus Versfeld next Saturday to take on the Bulls. It is a 15:00 GMT kick off there for what will be another tough task.
A point on the road for Richie Murphy's men in an entertaining game nonetheless.
Thank you for joining us today and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
Until next time, goodbye and enjoy your weekend!

Lions 35-22 Ulster
Ulster are beaten in Johannesburg as the Lions score five tries to Ulster's four. It is a deserving win for the hosts and a difficult day for Richie Murphy's men.
However, a point on the road could be crucial ahead of another tough task next week in Pretoria against the Bulls.

Kade Wolhuter - 80mins
The answer is no as Lions out-half Kade Wolhuter caps a marvellous outing with a try in the corner as he takes advantage of a tired Ulster side who were stretched looking for another score.
Nico Steyn can't add the extras but Ulster will have to settle for one point.

Corrie Barrettt - 78 mins
Bonus point secured! A first Ulster try for Corrie Barrett as he burrows over from close range.
Nathan Doak adds the extras to bring it back to an eight-point deficit. Could they come away with two points?

Lions 30-15 Ulster
Another strong break from Werner Kok allows him to offload to Sean Reffell but his neat pass is spilled by Nathan Doak.
Three to go and Ulster still pushing for that point.

Lions 30-15 Ulster
Worth noting that the Lions already have a bonus point but Ulster are just one try away from getting one themselves.
Going 0-3 from the tee may cost them a more competitive ending to this game but there is still plenty to play for.

Lions 30-15 Ulster
Into the last ten minutes at Ellis Park and Ulster are still chipping away.
Can they get anything - even a losing bonus point - from this game?
Give us a thumbs up if you think they can!

Lions 30-15 Ulster
Ulster get within five metres but Jacob Stockdale finds the ball ripped from his arms.
Ulster complain about the legality of that strip by Franco Marais but their only reward is being marched back ten metres by Sam Grove-White.

Werner Kok - 60mins
A first Ulster try for the former South Africa 7s international and it had a very 7s flavour to it!
Sub Nathan Doak breaks down the right and sticks a grubber kick through. Kok wins the foot race with Kade Wolhuter and uses his momentum to roll over the line for a score.
Doak, on for John Cooney, can't add the extras but a glimmer of hope for Ulster.

Kade Wolhuter - 58mins
The Lions out half strokes home a simple kick from straight in front as the hosts stretch their lead to 20 points with 20 minutes left.
This game is in danger of getting away from Ulster.

Henco Van Wyk - 50mins
A bit of a delay as the referee checks for obstruction but it's all good and what a try it was!
Question marks over Ulster's defence as Quan Horn takes a high ball and breaks four tackles before offloading to Rynhardt Jonker.
He slips but it's no reprieve as he can offload to another sub in Henco Van Wyk to canter home unchallenged under the posts.
That Ulster comeback was short-lived...

Franco Marais - 47mins
Stop me if you've heard this before...
From the afore-mentioned penalty, the Lions go to the corner and the maul rumbles over again. It is replacement hooker Franco Marais who dots down for an unconverted try.
However, that try cancels out Morgan's effort and we are back to a ten-point advantage for the hosts.

Lions 15-10 Ulster
Ulster do indeed hold up Jonker but the man who did it, Nick Timoney, is offside so it's a close-range penalty for the hosts.

The hosts respond well and Rynhardt Jonker gets over the line but it looks to be held up.

Aidan Morgan - 43mins
What a start to the second half for Ulster! Kiwi out half Aidan Morgan is the man who gets over for a second try in as many games after some wonderful handling and patient build-up from Richie Murphy's side.
John Cooney nudges the difficult conversion to the right but Ulster have picked up where they left off at the end of the first half.

Lions 15-5 Ulster
As anticipated, Ulster have found themselves on the back foot for much of the first half with tries from Rabz Maxwane and Francke Horne helping the Lions into a healthy lead.
However, a late salvo from the visitors sees them back into this game. Stick with us for what is sure to be an enthralling second half.

John Cooney - 40mins
It has taken until the clock turned red for Ulster to get any sort of momentum going and, after being stopped short, John Cooney cheekily dabs down at the back of a ruck to get his side on the board.
He misses a very kickable conversion but that will give Ulster a boost heading into the sheds.

Francke Horne - 35 mins
There's that maul yet again! The Lions power their way to the line and there is nothing Ulster can do to stop it.
It is one of the simplest but most effective weapons in the game as captain Francke Horne is the man who grounds the ball and Kade Wolhuter converts well.
